Hi! I recently installed solar panels at home and was wondering if anyone know if its safe to charge my Hyundai Ioniq with the solar panels. I’m concerned that I may cause damage. Any thoughts on this?
I make use of my solar panels to charge my ev and it won’t make any difference then normal electricity. Your only concern needs to be not getting sufficient sunlight! I would still recommend having a backup or live nearby public charging stations.
