Hi everyone! I have a MG ZS EV. My question is do I get serviced by the dealer or do I go looking for an alternative? Suggestions are welcome.

I am a fan of local mechanics. It would be up to the mechanic to do their research to see if they would like to take on your vehicle.

I have had some bad experiences with dealers/repairs. They seem to have little expertise in the EV elements and little interest to acquiring that expertise.

Anyone who is qualified and follows the logbook servicing schedule can do it for you without voiding any warranties. If any dealer says otherwise or tries to get a claim because of outside servicing, they are breaking the law.
