New Passat Estate 2020 GTE owner here. I don’t hear any sounds coming out of the infotainment system. The volume button doesn’t make any difference. I went into the menu settings and received a message that said ‘The sounds settings will be made available again at the end of the phone call or announcement, or once you finished parking ‘I was not making a phone call, there were no announcements, and I was parked. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
