Hi everyone! Does anyone else noticed how noisy a home meter is when charging an EV? Our meter is about 35 years old. I’ve had a E-Niro for about 10 months now but only started to hear the home meter buzzing a few days ago. We mainly charge at night and when charging it is pulling the full 7Kw. Has anyone else have the same experience?

That sounds like a faulty meter. It could get worse and cause failure. Its better to just report it.

Usually if it’s an old meter they do buzz when handling a high power. The buzz could also be vibrations in the aluminum disc.
