1.     Will it be possible for me to get a home EV charger that has its own meter reading for e used? Has anyone seen one or have a solution which might work alongside a standard charger?

I would recommend getting an electrician that can fit a cheap basic meter alongside and wire it in line to display usage if you would like to monitor the number of KWh.
