Hi, just placed an order for Hyundai Kona, my first EV. I am looking at the car insurance and wondered if there were any recommendations for insuring an EV. Is it better to go for specialist EV insurance or is that just a way for insurance companies to bump up premiums?

LV gives you free recovery. I took out my Mini Electric insurance with them (which was loads cheaper than my Q3).
