E Gold owner here! Does the 12v battery has anything to do with the charging of the car? My car doesn’t charge unless it is on and have an error message saying e error please service. The only way for me to charge the car is to leave it overnight with the key inside of the car. Has anyone else experience the same problem?

Yes. The 12v should always be on as it is used to supply power to the communications to the charge point. If there is an issue with the v12 supply, then there’s a good chance that the charger in the car to the charging point communications may not be reliable or doesn’t work at all.

The fact that your car doesn’t charge without it being on indicates that there may be a 12v battery problem.
